This is down right one of my favorite costumes I have ever made. I was a freshman in high school when I did it.
Materials I used were:
A Giant Box
Knee High Socks
Cheap Black Slippers
Long Sleeve Yellow Shirt
Small Styrofoam Plates
Paint
Tights (couldn't find yellow tights)
Padding for your head, because the box can be heavy after long periods of time.
